In network marketing, which in familiar terms known as MLM - Multi Level Marketing, there are, basically, 3 categories of people exist:
1. Posers
2. Amateurs
3. Professionals
Posers
Self explanatory from the title; just sitting back and dreaming of success all the time without taking the desired action. How much time it takes for a new business to reach break even? just thinking of success without taking action is like living in fool's paradise. It takes guts to accomplish a difficult task. But don't forget the fact that greater success lies in accomplishing difficult tasks. You must adhere to your plan and execute that step by step. MLM Business is not like playing a gambling. It is emerging as the most resourceful way of business in 21st Century.
Amateurs
They basically are short cut guys in literal terms. There thinking revolves around positioning, timing and luck. Lets explore in detail and identify what makes this category from successful to unsuccessful o ordinary entrepreneur:

Don't Give Due time Span
They start this with the mindset of ‘dipping their toe in’ and seeing if it works for them or not. The majority of them slip away in less than a year time and even as minimum as three months. In order your business to be flourished it has to go through a logical time process with all the needful done. At an average it takes 4 years to be a substantially high success in MLM Business. But exceptions are there who makes up within a year time
Blame, Excuses, Denial
Blaming others for their failure and taking support of excuses is the common factor that makes them unsuccessful. The fair preposition is that it is always we who are the prime beneficiary or victim of what we do in life. When we get through we claim that WE DID IT and when results come the other way round we shift the responsibility to someone else's shoulder.
Limited Belief's Scope
This world is the place of possibilities. They are not ready to unlearn beliefs with narrow scope. We need to process our self through learning emerging ideas in order to be successful in growing world's scenario.
Money Oriented Thinking
NO doubt all we do,after all, is setting up a source of secure and sustainable income and there is nothing bad about it? But what about professional upbringing? We need to work on every aspect of life in order to live almost a nearly ideal life.
Don't consider worth spending
It is obvious that setting up a business requires lots of spending. Likewise other businesses, MLM, too, requires spending. But in MLM spending does not equate with expenses. It pays off. Secondly the spending is just like you go for eat outs or watch movies in cinema. Its too marginal to be claimed as spending. Therefore, the amateur, should review their approach to this aspect.
Don’t assimilate with Inbuilt Training System
Training in MLM has two purposes. It serves as Motivational Gas Station that continuously pump encouragement and motivation in you so that you keep ticking like a clock. Secondly it enhances your professional skill through knowledge and emerging trends.
Give Up
I still remember when I placed my dairy in front of one of the legend in training to have his autograph, he wrote:
"Quitter is a quitter; and quitter never wins"
Everything in life should be acceptable except for Quitting. If this remains the focus of your thinking and attitude you can accomplish almost impossible tasks in your life.
Professionals
"Never be afraid to try something new. Remember amateurs built the Ark, Professional Built the Titanic"
They are whom we can fairly call 'True Leader's. They lead by example; and the reason being they are always on absolute clarity and have firm believe in themselves and what they do. What comes before? Clarity or Believe? Definitely clarity. Therefore it is pivotal to success; and it is not MLM specific; to have crystal clarity about what you do in life; . The another important virtue that enable them to embrace success in MLM Business is their focus on developing the skills and techniques through professional training. Continuous and sustainable improvement in desired spheres of life lead them to life of peace and tranquility. This gives them the distinctive edge from rest of the two categories. Therefore it is a Must for you to be professional when it comes to MLM Business in order to have greater success; a surreal success.
